These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and SolarGuide in relation to your use of the website at solarguide.ink (the "Site") and your interactions with us through the Site, including submitting enquiries via forms, requesting a call-back, or contacting us by phone or email.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Site and to submit an enquiry. Our services are directed to homeowners and business decision-makers; we do not market to children.
2. Services and scope
SolarGuide provides solar PV-related services primarily in Dublin and Leinster, with a focus on Dublin 3, Clontarf and North Dublin, and with availability for wider Irish locations depending on scheduling and project requirements. Our services may include:
- Solar PV site surveys and system design proposals for domestic and small commercial properties.
- Installation of solar panels, inverters, monitoring equipment, and related balance-of-system components.
- Battery-ready system configuration and, where agreed, battery storage supply and installation.
- General support with SEAI Solar PV grant steps where you are eligible and where an SEAI-registered installer process applies.
Any quotation, proposal, or timeline provided through the Site is indicative until confirmed in writing following a survey and technical review. Final scope, equipment specification, and scheduling may depend on roof condition, shading, access, electrical infrastructure, and safety requirements.
The Site also includes information pages such as our Dublin solar landing page, SEAI grant guide, and cost guidance for solar panels in Ireland in 2026. This information is provided to help you make informed decisions, but it is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment.
3. User obligations
When using the Site or engaging with SolarGuide, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. In particular, you agree that:
- Details you submit (name, phone, email, address area, and project notes) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not misrepresent ownership or authorisation to request quotes for a property you do not own or manage.
- You will not interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to access non-public areas without permission.
If you request an on-site survey, you are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and for disclosing relevant constraints that could affect safety or feasibility, such as fragile roofing materials, known electrical issues, or restricted access areas.
